(2) The item(s) is returned in the original packaging
(3) The item(s) is returned in an un-used, like-new condition
(4) The return is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the return is received and inspected, customer service will reach out to notify the customer in the form of an email. In this initial point of contact, the customer will be alerted as to the approval status of the requested refund. If approved, the refund will be given within 14 days of approval. The refund will either be posted to the bank account associated with the original payment method, or given in the form of store credit.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds will be issued to the customers original payment card within 14 days of requesting a refund. Please note that the time it takes for differenet payment cards to process a refund may vary considerably. Customers who have not yet received a refund are encouraged to first reach out to both their credit card company and bank. After doing so, please use the "contact us" page of the website to notify customer service of your late or missing refund.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Please carefully check the packaging and contents as soon as possible after delivery. If there is any damage, or the product is defective upon arrival, please get in touch with customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.
Appropriate details of the defects or damage, including photographs, must be documented and provided by the customer in order for the product(s) to be considered for an exchange. Damage to the packaging upon arrival must also be noted on the paperwork of the delivery partners.
Any item(s) marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient of the gift will be refunded in the form of store credit equating to the value of the item(s) returned. Any item(s) not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or not sent to the purchaser and not the gift recipient, will be refunded to the account associated with the purchase.
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees on any returned item(s), and the shipping costs are non refundable. If the customer is eligible to receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund the customer receives.
